Jo Keltgen, Ed.S., NCSP has developed an expertise in conducting comprehensive and specialized psychological evaluations and psychoeducational services for children and families living in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. She specializes in early childhood developmental evaluations, and in the assessment of gifted, learning, and other school related issues for children aged 4 years to 17 years. Jo also offers private consultation to parents, teachers, and other school board personnel, and presents seminars on parenting and the early education of children.
